Each time has been great with the receptionist. but twice now we were not given our deposit back after calling multiple times. We do an excellent job of caring for our storage but he refuses to give a deposit back. It’s very frustrating. This has happened twice now. Very very unprofessional.

Western Nebraska Moving & Storage were fantastic. Tom Patton and his crew were on time, helpful and courteous. They wrapped/ covered the furniture and special items. When they unloaded items they made sure they were placed in our new house where we wanted them. "They went beyond the call of duty. "

Very awesome group of people to have during a move. They were very careful of all the items we were having moved. Very unprofessional employees in the field. Rude and disrespectful. Don't ask for direction of what needs to be done or where.
